Creator Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-15. Updated on October 15, 2026.
This is an English translation of the Portuguese text (Termos de uso do criador), which is the version accepted on the Platform. Ler em português.
1. Who we are and what this document is
1.1 SuperApps (the “Platform”) is operated by Pembroke Collins LLC (“Pembroke Collins” or “we”), headquartered at 1191 E Newport Center Dr #103, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442, United States.
1.2 These Creator Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you, the individual or legal entity that creates an area on the Platform (the “Creator”), and Pembroke Collins. By creating the account, checking the acceptance box or using the Platform, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. We record the version and the date of each acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1.3 These Terms are entered into electronically, in the United States, solely between you and Pembroke Collins. No other company or person, in Brazil or elsewhere, is a party to them or has a legal relationship with you because of them, including the payment institutions, the banks and the other providers that Pembroke Collins uses to operate the Platform and to receive and transfer amounts.
2. Definitions
2.1 In these Terms:
- “Area” is the Creator’s space on the Platform, with its own address, brand, courses, lessons and students;
- “Student” is the person who accesses the Area, by purchase, invitation or inclusion made by the Creator;
- “App” is the Creator’s application, hosted by the Creator outside the Platform and displayed inside the Area;
- “Content” is everything the Creator places on the Platform: name, brand, texts, images, videos, lessons, Apps and addresses;
- “Platform Checkout” is the Platform’s purchase page, through which the Student subscribes to access;
- “Charge” is each payment made by the Student: the purchase and each renewal of the subscription;
- “Payment Partner” is the payment institution that processes the Charges and maintains the Payout Account;
- “Payout Account” is the Creator’s account with the Payment Partner, in the Creator’s name and taxpayer number, where the Creator’s share of each Charge is credited;
- “Commission” is Pembroke Collins’ share of each Charge;
- “Fee Table” is the table, published in the dashboard, with the fee for each payment method (Pix, boleto and card) that is taken from the Creator’s share of each Charge;
- “Guarantee” is the 7-day period in which the Student may give up the purchase and get back what they paid.
3. Your account and your Area
3.1 To create an Area, you must be over 18 years of age and legally capable, or a duly incorporated legal entity, represented by someone with the powers to do so, and provide true and up-to-date information.
3.2 You are responsible for your password, for everything done with your account and for the people to whom you give access to the dashboard. Notify Pembroke Collins through the dashboard support if you suspect misuse.
3.3 The Area is created with a Platform address (name.superapps.store), which you choose when creating it. The address is a permission of use granted by Pembroke Collins, and not an asset of yours: you have no vested right over it, whether of ownership, exclusivity or permanence.
3.4 In the Area’s address, it is forbidden to use:
- a trademark, business name, product name, personal name or any other sign of which you are not the holder, or which you are not authorized to use;
- derogatory, offensive, racist or discriminatory terms;
- names that give the impression that the Area or the App belongs to another person or company, or is connected to them.
3.5 Pembroke Collins may, at any time, refuse, change, suspend or withdraw the Area’s address, including to preserve third-party rights that may be being violated, with notice whenever possible.
3.6 You may connect a domain of your own to the Area. The domain is yours: registering, renewing and configuring it is your responsibility. The rules for the Area’s address also apply to your own domain connected to it, and Pembroke Collins may disconnect it from the Area in the same cases.
4. What is free and what is paid
4.1 The following are free: creating the Area; embedding Apps; building courses and lessons; the system emails to the Student (access, password creation and change, purchase and renewal); the sales page generated by the Platform for those who sell through the Platform Checkout; 5 free invitations per App; and the App’s basic protection gate.
4.2 The following are paid: the activation to sell; the Commission on each Charge; free-form announcements to Students, except when sent through the Creator’s own email service connected to the Area; and the products and services sold separately, such as the App’s full shielding, courses and mentoring, at the prices shown on the Platform at the time of purchase.
4.3 Only what these Terms or the Platform say is free is free.
4.4 Pembroke Collins may change the Platform’s prices and the Commission with at least 30 days’ notice, by email or in the dashboard. The change applies to sales made after it: the Commission of each subscription is fixed on the day of the sale and also applies to its renewals. The Fee Table follows the rule in the section on commission, fees and activation.
5. Your Apps and your Content
5.1 The App is yours: you host it outside the Platform, and the Platform only displays it inside the Area. You are solely responsible for it: its operation, availability and content, the use of artificial intelligence and its cost, the keys to third-party services, the data the App collects and processes, the licenses and compliance with the law.
5.2 Without protection, anyone who discovers the App’s address can use it without going through the Area. The basic protection gate is free, and installing it in the App is your responsibility. The dashboard badge shows whether the App is open. Pembroke Collins is not liable for the use of the App outside the Area.
5.3 You declare that you hold all rights over the Content and that it does not violate the law or third-party rights. You grant Pembroke Collins a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, while the Content is on the Platform, to host, reproduce and display the Content in the Area and on its sales pages, solely to operate the Platform. The license does not transfer ownership: the Content remains yours.
5.4 It is forbidden to use the Platform to:
- publish illegal content or content that violates third-party rights;
- mislead the Student about what they are buying;
- distribute malicious software or collect data without a legal basis;
- send unsolicited bulk messages;
- attempt to circumvent the Platform’s security, billing rules or limits;
- display, sell or distribute fraudulent Apps, or Apps that deceive the Student or any other person;
- display, sell or distribute Apps that promote racism, discrimination, systematic intimidation (bullying) or violence;
- display, sell or distribute cloned Apps, or Apps copied from third parties without the holder’s authorization.
5.5 In these cases, Pembroke Collins may, at any time, remove the App from the Area or suspend the Area, without prejudice to other applicable measures.
6. How sales work: subscriptions only
6.1 Sales through the Platform are made through the Platform Checkout, by subscription only, monthly or annual. There is no one-time payment or lifetime access.
6.2 On the monthly subscription, the Student may cancel at any time before the next renewal and keeps access until the end of the paid month. On the annual subscription, the Student may cancel, but the subscription continues until the paid year is completed, with no proportional refund, except for the Guarantee.
6.3 Each renewal is a new Charge, with the same Guarantee and the same Commission as the sale; the Payment Partner’s fee is the one in the Fee Table on the day of the renewal.
6.4 Other ways of selling or of including Students (other sales platforms and the inclusion of Students beyond the free invitations) only work when Pembroke Collins enables them for your Area, by negotiation, and follow the agreed conditions. For the inclusion of Students outside the Platform Checkout, the minimum Commission applies per Student included. Other than that, each App has 5 free invitations, forever.
6.5 You are the seller of the product to the Student. Pembroke Collins is a technology provider and a payment intermediary, with payments processed by regulated payment institutions: it is not a seller, co-producer or party to the relationship between you and the Student.
6.6 The taxes on your sale, the invoice to the Student, what you promise in the sale, Student support about the product and compliance with consumer protection laws are your responsibility.
7. Commission, fees and activation
7.1 The Commission is 10% of the price of each Charge, including renewals, with a minimum of R$ 2.90 per monthly Charge and of R$ 39.00 per annual Charge. The higher of the two amounts always applies.
7.2 The Payment Partner’s fee (for Pix, boleto or card) is taken entirely from your share, at the amount in the Fee Table on the day of each Charge, including renewals. The Fee Table follows Pembroke Collins’ contract with the Payment Partner, with its promotions and the day they end; before you sell, the offers screen shows how much you receive for each payment method.
7.3 The Fee Table applies, and not the exact charge of the Payment Partner on each sale: if it charges less or more on a Charge (due to an exemption, a promotion or a change in its contract), the difference belongs to Pembroke Collins, and your share of that Charge does not change.
7.4 Example: on a monthly subscription of R$ 49.00 paid by Pix, Pembroke Collins keeps R$ 4.90, the Pix fee in today’s Fee Table is R$ 1.99, and you receive R$ 42.11.
7.5 The split is made immediately, on each Charge: your share is credited to your Payout Account, and the Commission to Pembroke Collins’ account. The Commission is the price of a technology service rendered and consumed on each Charge.
7.6 To sell through the Platform Checkout, you pay an activation fee of R$ 29.00, only once, which opens your Payout Account. The activation is a service rendered immediately and is not refunded.
8. The Payout Account and withdrawals
8.1 The Payout Account is opened with the Payment Partner, in your name and under your CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian taxpayer number), after its review, which may request documents and approve, refuse or suspend the account under its own rules, with no liability for Pembroke Collins.
8.2 One CPF or CNPJ, one Creator. You are solely responsible for the document numbers and the data you provide, including those of third parties, and for false data; in these cases, the account may be suspended and the amounts withheld.
8.3 Each Charge becomes available for withdrawal on the 31st day after it is paid (30 days after the payment), with no reserve. You request the withdrawal in the dashboard, and it is sent only by Pix to the key of your own CPF or CNPJ, which you keep registered at your bank.
8.4 For security, a withdrawal request waits 24 hours after an access to the dashboard from a new device, and Pembroke Collins may refuse or postpone a withdrawal in case of suspected fraud or error, or while there is open debt, as stated in the section on debt with the Platform.
8.5 The Payment Partners are used only to receive and transfer amounts and are not parties to these Terms. Your relationship with them is also governed by their own terms.
9. Guarantee, refunds and disputes
9.1 Every Charge has a 7-day Guarantee, on the purchase and on each renewal. The period starts on the day after the payment and runs until 11:59 p.m. (Brasília time) on the 7th day.
9.2 Refund within the Guarantee: the Student receives back the full amount, and Pembroke Collins returns the Commission. On credit card, you pay nothing. On Pix and boleto, the Payment Partner’s fee is not returned (on boleto, neither is the refund fee), and this cost is yours.
9.3 Refund outside the Guarantee: it is your decision, through the dashboard button. The Student receives what they paid; the Commission and the fees are not returned under any circumstances, because the service has already been rendered and the payment processed.
9.4 Card dispute (chargeback): the same rule as the refund outside the Guarantee applies. The Commission and the fees are not returned, and you are the one who answers for the dispute. If the dispute is reversed in your favor and the money comes back, its debt is cancelled.
9.5 What Pembroke Collins pays in a refund or in a dispute, including your share of the Charge when you have already withdrawn it, becomes your debt to Pembroke Collins.
9.6 Refunding a Charge also cancels the subscription: the Student is not charged again, and the access it gave ends.
10. Debt with the Platform
10.1 The debt is deducted from your share of the following Charges, as soon as their money becomes available for withdrawal. You may also pay it right away, through the dashboard, by Pix, card or boleto, with the payment method’s fee on top.
10.2 While there is open debt, its amount cannot be withdrawn.
10.3 Debt without payment and without money receivable to cover it: after 30 days, new sales and withdrawals in the Area are blocked; after another 15 days, the Area is suspended for Students until the debt is paid off. The notice on the day the debt arises states both dates.
10.4 Suspension for debt does not remove your responsibility toward the Students, and Pembroke Collins may collect the debt by other means permitted by law.
11. Emails
11.1 The system emails to the Student (access, password creation and change, purchase and renewal) are sent by the Platform, with no limit per Area.
11.2 The Creator’s free-form announcements to Students (notices and news) are a paid service, or free when you connect your own email service to the Area, which then becomes your responsibility, including its rules against unsolicited bulk sending.
11.3 Pembroke Collins communicates with you through the account email and the dashboard. Keep your email up to date.
12. Personal data
12.1 Regarding your Students’ data, you are the controller, and Pembroke Collins is the processor: it processes the data on your behalf, under these Terms, only to host the Area, authenticate access, grant and revoke access, process Charges, send the system emails, protect the Platform and provide support.
12.2 You guarantee that you have a legal basis for the data you place on the Platform; inform the Students about the processing, including that carried out by your Apps; use the data only for the relationship with the Student; and handle the requests of data subjects, with the Platform’s help when needed.
12.3 The data of your account, of your Payout Account and of your use of the dashboard are processed by Pembroke Collins as controller, to fulfill these Terms, to charge, to prevent fraud and to comply with the law. The registration data of the Payout Account are stored encrypted and sent to the Payment Partner to open the account.
12.4 The Platform’s servers are located in the United States. The international transfer of data is carried out with the safeguards of the applicable law.
12.5 The Platform uses technical security measures, such as passwords stored only as a cryptographic hash, encrypted keys and sensitive data, and access logs. In the event of a security incident that may affect your Students, Pembroke Collins notifies you, so that you can fulfill your duties as controller.
12.6 Data protection officer: Felipe Asensi, info@pembrokecollins.com.
12.7 At the end of the relationship, you may request through support the export of your Students’ data, and Pembroke Collins deletes what it does not need to keep by law or to defend itself in a complaint or dispute.
13. Availability, suspension and termination
13.1 The Platform is offered as is. Pembroke Collins works to keep it online, but there may be downtime for maintenance, failures and changes to features.
13.2 Pembroke Collins may suspend or terminate the Area, in whole or in part, in case of violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, debt (in the steps of the section on debt with the Platform), an order from an authority or a risk to the security of the Platform or of third parties, with notice whenever possible.
13.3 You may close the Area at any time, through support. Active subscriptions are cancelled; the Charges already made, the refunds, the disputes and their debts remain governed by these Terms even after the closure.
14. Limitation of liability
14.1 Pembroke Collins is not liable for the App, for the Content, for the relationship between you and the Students, for the decisions of the Payment Partner or for the use of the Platform in breach of these Terms.
14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pembroke Collins’ total liability to you, for any cause, is limited to the amount of the Commissions paid by you in the 12 months before the event, and it is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
14.3 You are liable to Pembroke Collins for what it has to pay because of your App, your Content, your sales or a breach of these Terms, including in an action brought by a Student or a third party.
15. Changes to these Terms
15.1 Pembroke Collins may update these Terms. The version in force is always available on the Platform, with its number and date. For relevant changes, it asks for your new acceptance on your next access to the dashboard.
15.2 Changes to prices and to the Commission follow the 30-day notice in the section on what is free and what is paid; the Fee Table follows the rule in the section on commission, fees and activation.
16. Governing law and venue
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
16.2 The courts of Broward County, Florida, are chosen to resolve any matter concerning these Terms.
16.3 If any clause is held invalid, the others remain in effect.
17. Contact
17.1 Questions about these Terms and support requests: through “Falar com o suporte” (Contact support), in the dashboard. Requests about personal data: through the data protection officer’s email.
